The digital landscape of e-pharmacies is becoming increasingly diverse. New players are regularly added, changing the market. Whether Amazon, ordering platforms, quick commerce providers or external suppliers such as Douglas or Otto, each takes a new place. Nevertheless, even today, online pharmacies continue to form the core of the digital pharmacy market. In the E-Pharmacy Study 22/23, we analyze which e-pharmacies are performing best today. To this end, the top 20 stores are measured in detail against the seven most important decision-making factors from a consumer perspective in online marketing: Price, SEO, Service, Traffic, Usability, Social and WKZ.
