The Digital Performance Index measures 10 top brands of an indication along the five Journey Stages: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action and Advocacy. The digital channels that are relevant for the customer during these stages are search, social media, websites, and e-commerce. We thus consider all touchpoints that influence the user online. In this way, we map the entire customer journey and have developed an all-encompassing index to measure digital brand performance in comparison with the competition.

Overall performance vein remedies
This month, we analyzed the strongest brands on the topic of vein remedies. The best overall performance was achieved by Thrombareduct from Hexal.
